Lyckos is the housing developer challenging conventions by offering well-designed, smart, and affordable homes. Their concept and offering creates opportunities for first-time buyers to own their homes. Over the years, PAARTS has assisted Lyckos in developing communicative concepts and packaging Lyckos' offerings into a series of sales and marketing materials for both print and digital media. We have also produced filmed and animated video content successfully used to market and sell new developments in the southern regions of Sweden, where Lyckos is involved in project planning.
